Successfully developed and advanced several bills that were enacted into law.

Selected to plan, develop, manage, and execute challenging, high-visibility, multi-sector economic development strategy that utilized smart growth principles. Aided in the development of a three-year strategic plan to better focus resources using improved metrics (job creation and retention; affordable housing development; blight elimination).
