We assist organizations in the review of their EMR/PM Upgrade Implementation, Performance Improvement/ Quality Initiatives, Patient Centered Medical Home Data Analysis & Reporting, Meaningful Use, Open Encounters and Provider Productivity. We provide oversight on the daily operations of organizations in which we assist management in developing and implementing the strategic long- and short-range plans and its business plan. We work with regulatory agencies, insurance carriers, and other professional and community groups. We have experience in negotiating with managed care plans, corporate compliance, quality improvement initiatives, quality assurance plans, data outcomes and measures, governmental regulations, grant writing, creating budgets, workplans, HRSA's electronic handbook, draw down restrictions, operational effectiveness, financial recovery plans, cost containment and high-quality patient care.

In my role as the Business Analyst of Mississippi Health Safe Net, I am responsible for a full range of activities which ensure the operational effectiveness and excellence of the Health Center Controlled Network (HCCN). I design and document workflow and make appropriate recommendations that will positively impact operation effectiveness for our network members. I also track and analyze HCCN outcome measures and trends. I work closely with EHR software vendors and business partners to identify and maximize opportunities to use information technology to improve product, service and/or program business processes.
