My role involves assessing properties, selecting and arranging furniture and décor, and creating visually appealing, inviting environments that showcase the home's potential. I collaborate with homeowners and real estate agents to align my designs with marketing strategies and stay current with design trends.

Managing a 90+ person team, membership sales and refunds, front desk, gym cleanliness, incident reports, equipment inspections, locker maintenance, hiring committees, scheduling.

Assist the Construction Managers, make daily project inspections, attend Owner-Architect-Contractor meetings, complete daily reports, take progression pictures.

Upkeep all social medium platforms, design shirts, maintain positive relationships with other entities.As well as being on the Philanthropy committee and the DEI committee.

Promote Anheuser-Busch, attend pop-up events, communicate with customers, product knowledge

Develop gymnastics skills in kids from ages 18 months to 15 years of age (recreational classes as well as competitive team classes), showcase and gym setup, gym cleanliness, athlete report cards, parent communication, teaching performance skills.
