Work entailed identifying a solution and tool to assist Agency Principal Offices in estimating and justifying resource requirements. Project responsibilities included managing contract budget and deliverables, as well as leading interviews with client stakeholders; developing and delivering information workshops to employees; and collaborating on workload model development and data analysis as input into final reports submitted to the client.
