Eaton Square was established in 2008 to serve local markets in Asia Pacific region. The professional services firm has steadily grown and now encompasses 100+ M&A and capital professionals across Australia, Hong Kong, China, Singapore, North America, India, UK, Switzerland, Spain and Israel.Andrew's leadership is dedicated to helping clients with corporate advisory, raising capital and/or selling & acquiring businesses. Andrew works with the ownership of clients throughout the respective process to determine the overall strategy, execute the necessary professional project plan, and work with outside third parties to a successful conclusion of the transaction.Andrew's clients include global business advisory firms (sale and merger), digital technology and media operations, network platform enterprise (corporate advisory), real estate (large capital raise), minerals (advisory, strategy, capital raise), as well as buy-side mandates for clients seeking acquisitions in key market opportunities.
