1. Conducted press trials for Electric Hybrid CSUV, Corolla Cross, collaborating with teams from Toyota Motor Manufacturing Indonesia, Toyota Daihatsu Engineering and Manufacturing Co. (Thailand), Ltd, Toyota Faw Dies Ci. (China) & Toyota Motor Corporation (Japan).2. Optimized operational areas through AutoCAD layouting, enhancing overall efficiency.3. Implemented FIFO Roller-based Process Flow in the Logistics part supply area, streamlining our supply chain.4. Led HDAs commonization for Corolla, Yaris & C-SUV, optimizing Takt time and boosting production efficiency.5. Managed successful relocations of various facilities in Press & Weld, incorporating AutoCAD design, execution, and commissioning.6. Led the installation of O/H Cranes, contributing to enhanced production capabilities.7. Additional Localization jigs installation in Weld Shop, increasing process Takt Time.

Working as a Trainee Engineer in Toyota Pakistan. Being a part of Production Engineering department has been one of the best learning experiences for me. Joining the organization at the start of a project (Corolla Cross) and seeing it come into reality makes one feel so overwhelmed. With every new day comes a new challenge and with every new challenge comes new learning opportunity. During my time at Indus Motors - Toyota, I have worked upon multiple projects which include:1. Finished Part Pallet designing and fabrication for the locally manufactured parts in Press Shop. Working alongside different vendor companies has enhanced my communication and management skills. This also helped me gain practical understanding related to different welding methods, of which I only had theoretical knowledge before.2. Overhead Crane Replacement and rail Extension. This project helped me learn a great deal. Studied Crane Load Charts of mobile cranes, was involved in rail alignment on which overhead crane runs. This project taught me standards of work at height and safety protocols. 3. Dolly designing and Fabrication for the CKD and local parts supply for inhouse logistics. This task has been one of the most challenging one so far because bringing different stakeholders (Production and Logistics) is always a challenging job. This project helped me learn the importance of good communication skills and building consensus of different stake holders to ensure the maximum and efficient output.4. Die Trails of Sheet Material: Working alongside supervisors from TMMIN (Toyota Indonesia) and TDEM (Toyota Thailand) was one of a kind experience. Local Part manufacturing for Corolla Cross helped understand the process of Blanking, Drawing, Pinching and Trimming. Learning from the industry experts and leaders is something I will always be grateful for.5. CAD layouting for space optimization and new Low roof (Press Shop facilty)
