This was a casual appointment that has centred on helping business with developing and managing the database, helping to build new applications, and deployment of new systems and architecture.• Project managed the development and deployment of a new database solution which has allowed for web enabled architecture, with applications built using .NET, C#, SQL, HTML, JQuery, Visual Studio and MVC framework.• Migrated legacy databases onto new MS SQL solution, and create/built database objects such as tables, views, stored procedures, Triggers etc, thus providing greater functionality and capability.• Rolled out a new Job Card Management System and integrated into Xero API for accounting.• Installed and configured Small Business Server 2008.• Developed a new mobile website powered by JQuery mobile and Web API; this application allows technicians to look up customer fleet and service history and identify particular parts needed for the fleet.

Reports to the Systems Manager, responsibility for the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Transport Management System (TMS), and associated projects; these systems are used by one of 500+ users to maintain logistics and supply.• Maintained the WMS systems and framework; a UNIX-based system with Oracle DBMS backend and communicates with SAP servers (based in Australia), and links with the TMS through web methods (API).• Managed the design, implementation and maintenance of MS Access database which pulls data from all resources, and extracted data from Oracle databases using SQL. Data is then manipulated and then utilised to build BI (business intelligence) and other statistical reports as required for use by the management team.• Worked with .NET, C#, PL/SQL, HTML5, JQuery, Java Script, VB Script on application development and design.• Liaised closely with Project Managers, UNIX administrators, 4GL Programmers and Oracle DBAs on upgrades. Projects are delivered through Agile and SCRUM methodologies, with ongoing Sprint meetings to update.• Provided front line technical support to end users (staff, suppliers and customers) and investigated/diagnosed problems as they arose. Monitored call logs to identify any trends and to prevent re-occurrence.• Monitored web methods from/to WMS & TMS including Web Forms, MVC, and Web API.• Tested and evaluated new technology as part of the businesses wider IT roadmap.• Wrote test scripts for User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and carried out functional, regression and load testing (FAT, Carried out post-upgrade tests to ensure full BAU. Produced required end-user documentation.• Continuously monitored the IT network to ensure full availability against SLAs. Administered the setting up of a new user accounts and profiles, and successfully audited and removed a large volume of old user data.

Reported to the Inventory Manager with responsibility for overseeing inventory levels, through to supply vendors’ management monitoring movement, inventory reporting, facilitating payments, and stock rotation controls.• Ensured the correct and ongoing maintenance of this large WMS which houses over 7000+ skus and services a national network of retail shops, warehouses and distribution centres.• Managed quality of data and pulled a variety of reports using Oracle & SQL Server Database. Tracked data through WMS and managed reports for employee records.• Supported the business during the original migration of AS400 Promise System to WMS, a major project required detailed planning and execution, and full testing pre-go live.• Assisted with increasing functionality of applications to introduce RF Voice Picking and RF QC Checks.
