As the Director of Engineering, I oversee the design, development, and construction of structures, especially for restaurant, retail, and residential (Multi-Family/Mixed-Use/Custom Homes/Single Family) and Industrial sectors, which are my areas of expertise.With over 27 years of experience in the field, I have a strong track record of delivering projects that meet or exceed the expectations of our clients, while staying on time and under budget. I also mentor, support, and empower a team of project managers, design engineers, and CAD professionals, ensuring the quality and efficiency of our work. In addition, I assist the firm’s partners with the daily operation and overall success of the firm and projects, developing and maintaining positive relationships with clients and stakeholders, and pursuing new business opportunities. I am passionate about structural engineering and always eager to learn new skills and technologies to enhance my performance and value.
