I also mentor, support, and empower a team of project managers, design engineers, and CAD professionals, ensuring the quality and efficiency of our work. In addition, I assist the firm’s partners with the daily operation and overall success of the firm and projects, developing and maintaining positive relationships with clients and stakeholders, and pursuing new business opportunities. I am passionate about structural engineering and always eager to learn new skills and technologies to enhance my performance and value.
