As a Senior Product Designer at H&R Block, I develop large initiatives in the tax software industry by identifying and solving the most impactful problems for users. I quickly get concepts into research, where I collect feedback and validate ideas with real customers. I aim to balance feasibility, desirability, and viability in my designs, and collaborate with developers to create a consistent design system based on Material design principles.I have 4 years of experience in UX and Product Design, working with companies in the retail/e-commerce and financial industries. Before joining H&R Block, I was a UX Consultant, designing an MVP mobile app for socializing with book readers. I also worked as a Senior UX/UI Designer at Capgemini, web-based experiences for consumer brands such as J.Crew/Madewell and Avaya Inc. My goal is to continue designing products and services that make a positive impact on people's lives.
