Project manager for Qatar National Museum which is one of the iconic buildings of Middle East. Project worth over QAR 3 billion.Successfully delivered this unique design which one of the few iconic buildings in the world. Designed by the world-renowned French Architect Jean Nouvel, engineered by British designer Arup, constructed by world class Korean contractor Hyundai and Project managed and brought together by ASTAD PMC. Prominently located on a 1.5 million-square-foot site that encompass 430,000 square feet of indoor space.The National Museum of Qatar building provide 86,000 square feet of permanent gallery space, 21,500 square feet of temporary gallery space and a 220-seat auditorium.

Operations Manager SCRP The DFID/UK supported School Construction & Rehabilitation Programme, SCRP, providing a grant to support the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KPK) Department of Education and the Punjab Department of Education. A further grant for the rehabilitation and upgrading of existing education infrastructure, including those destroyed or at risk from natural disasters and those affected by conflict. The SCRP is planned to help achieve education outcomes in both Provinces through infrastructure providing missing facilities and upgrading additional schools through the following interventions: additional classrooms, improved facilities; including improved water and sanitation systems, secure boundary/perimeter walls, electricity connection and school furniture and equipment etc. In access of 22000 schools will be upgraded, renovated and re-constructed as part of SCRP.Operations Manager for SCRP, part of the Senior Management team I was responsible for the establishment of new offices in Pakistan and building a successful and competitive delivery team. The objective of this project was to reinstate the vital transport link washed away by 2010 flood and rebuild the schools that were destroyed in the conflict areas. As part of this project 66 vital transport link bridges were built and 40 school buildings were reconstructed or expanded. Project Diyar Al Muharaq Island Budget: Over $ 3.2B Scope: To create a vibrant development that is geared towards the needs of and brings benefits to, the indigenous population of Bahrain as well as increasing the nation's standard of living and the country's tourism potential. On completion of all the four stages, DAM will be the biggest manmade reclaimed island that will host over 100k population.Involvement: Deputy Project Manager for the Design and Supervision of Infrastructure development.
