CurrentUse CostPoint to create purchase requisitions (PRs) for materials and services and to track funding and approvals. Use built in functions in Excel, as well as user developed Excel macros to generate weekly and monthly material reports. Use Excel to create and maintain Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRL) forms for task order close outs. Other related duties include the management and distribution of the CDRL forms to the responsible government customers.At end of month, coordinates with project leads to capture and identify tasks completed, in progress, and planned. With input from the project team, create monthly status report in Word to summarize project technical and financial status that fall under a specific contract umbrella. Assist technical leads, purchasing leads, and program control team with material verification to ensure government customer satisfaction. Interact with customers and Technical Direction Leads (TDLs) to understand project concerns.
