In April 2015 I was deployed in London as part of an onsite team of implementation consultants for one of SintecMedia’s largest clients: The Walt Disney Company.In the following two and a half years I was permanently involved in a long series of projects.While providing continuous support and contributing to Disney’s various projects, I have:• Worked with the business analysis teams on business requirements and gap analysis and documentation and advising the client on ways of improving workflow, either through user training, configuration changes or by suggesting new software features• Delivered numerous ad hoc onsite and remote training sessions, solution demos and presentations to various business groups (QA departments, business analysts, project managers, system admins, supervisors, end-users)• Contributed to Disney’s knowledge database by curating system configuration documents, creating operations video tutorials and providing bit-sized user guides and workflow documents• Been heavily involved in the full testing life cycle experience, including functional, regression, integration and user acceptance testing• Liaised with the QA teams - vendor’s and client’s side, both onsite and offshore teams – in order to assist with and lead the product testing• Collaborated with the PM, BA, QA, DBA and development teams to maintain the 20+ client databases (instances of IBMS)• Worked closely with Disney’s App Support team, in order to provide first-line support during implementation and go-live, ensuring a fast turnaround of all issues and queries• Managed the project whilst it lacked a full time PM (on vendor’s side), which required me to oversee the scheduling and delivery of IBMS bug fixes, enhancements deployment and system upgrades

▪ producing training materials for in-house courses and for outsourced operations▪ devising individual and collective learning plans▪ evaluating training and development programmes▪ planning and managing projects considering the costs of the planned programmes and keeping within budget, assessing the return on investment of any training or development programme▪ monitoring and reviewing the evolution of projects and adjusting the adopted strategies accordingly

▪ identifying training and development needs within the organization through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with project managers and the executive board▪ designing and expanding training and development programmes based on both the organization's and the individual's needs▪ developing effective induction programmes▪ managing the delivery of training and development programmes and devising a training strategy for the organization
