• Providing call support for contracted customers, single point of contact between end users• Perform specific services which include software troubleshooting, hardware, network issues & peripherals• Identify, diagnose, and correct problems in a timely manner with minimal supervision• Identify, respond to, and resolve end user problems, including problem determination and resolution, reconfiguration of software• Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions• Determining the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers• If end user issue couldn’t be solved remotely, a ticket was opened, and a team was sent to the client’s location.
