- Direct communication with local and foreign suppliers of the company;- Placing purchase orders in the ERP system (MS Dynamics AX);- Sales analysis;- Receiving and processing confirmations from suppliers;- Reconciliation and adjustment of purchase prices;- Monitoring the timeliness of shipment, coordinating delivery dates;- Implementation of information support on issues of dates of arrival of goods;- Communication with employees of stores, services, warehouses, logistics department on issues related to orders- Verification of proformas and invoices of import suppliers;- Monitoring the work of the entrusted group;- Weekly Reporting;- Additional work at the request of the chief.
