With over fifteen years of dedicated experience in nonprofit leadership and community organization, I am currently the Strategic Partnerships Chair at Young Latino Professionals of Greater Kansas City. My mission is to forge meaningful collaborations that resonate with our organization's goals and values. At the heart of my work is a commitment to driving initiatives that empower underrepresented communities. I bring a rich tapestry of perspectives to the table, ensuring that diverse voices are not only heard but amplified within our organization.In my prior role as Nebraska Lead Organizer for the Western Organization of Resource Councils, my focus was on launching a grassroots organization to unite rural Nebraskans. I successfully led fundraising strategies, nurtured funder relationships, and identified organizing opportunities to foster community growth. My hands-on experience in establishing vital partnerships has been instrumental in expanding our project's reach and impact.
