Tasks: -product development and elaboration of the price lists for a large variety of products, finding new suppliers and working with the current ones, redesigning products-packaging and adapting to the customer’s requirements by providing customised services-organization and logistics of the groups from the moment they arrive to Spain: transport, accommodation, activities and restaurants.-payments to the suppliers, administrative tasks, sales support and guide training-direct sales-customer feedback and social media as well as writing web pages for new products

This position has offered me the possibility to gain experience for my professional carrier in management, to enhance my administrative and communication skills, and also customer service relations. The tasks and responsibilities I have are those of an assistant manager as I am overtaking the hotel manager tasks quite often. This implies managing other departments, recruitment, training of the staff and the trainees, especially on the reservations system (SSS), customer service and other activities required in the reception. I am also in charge of large group bookings, allocation and availability of the hotel, making sure all the students and guests are correctly allocated while ensuring a good communication with all parties. Guest inquiries, guest recovery, complaints as well as increasing the ratings and loyalty of the customers are also an important part of my job.
