-Product and Project Management: Define and prioritize features, processes, and improvements of AI supercomputer management products with global teams from design to testing (UAT), ensuring alignment with company OKRs. Translate and manage both forms of project management: predictive and adaptive/agile. - Backlog Refinement and Prioritization: Manage and prioritize product backlogs to maximize the value delivery to internal and external customers. Collaborate with stakeholders to write and refine clear and actionable user stories aligned with personas and business objectives. - Risk and Problem Management: Mapped, planned, and managed risks, identifying causes, threats/opportunities, consequences, response strategies, and impact management.

- Strategic Planning: Led Scrum and Kanban development teams to maximize ROI and the quality of products, including financial ERP, integration API, CRM, and credit card transaction management. - Requirements Management: Manage and negotiate functional and non-functional business requirements with internal and external customers and stakeholders, understanding their pains and desires - and then validating, prioritizing, measuring, planning and translating them with the technical team into deliverable user stories. - Backlog Refinement and Prioritization: Aligned business objectives, customer needs, and market trends using prioritization tools such as WSJF, MoSCoW matrix, and RICE framework.

- Project Management: Planned, monitored, and managed hybrid projects (predictive + adaptive/agile methodology) for ERP, CRM, and PCP software implementation, ensuring compliance with scope, schedule, cost, and quality.- Lead Time Reduction: Reduced the lead time for ERP Alterdata implementation from 6 months to 1 month by efficiently prioritizing the implementation schedule and accelerating system deployment.

- Software Test}: Modeling and executing functional, automated, performance, load, regressive, and exploratory tests with Behavior Driven Development (BDD), guaranteeing the quality of the systems and ensuring compliance with the scope requirements.- Requirements Engineering: Understand the needs, requirements, and weaknesses of internal and external customers and determine what, why, and how measures should be taken to resolve them within the framework of the proposed solution. In-depth knowledge of the end-to-end customer journey and development.
