Petrobras - ENGINEERING:Service & Logistics Area - Materials & Services Period: August/2009 - June/2014.- SAP consultant, responsible for delivering SAP training to about 500 Petrobras staff (internal clients);- In charge of the analysis of documents related to the bidding process and measured the services performed such as: Spreadsheets Calculation, WBS (Work Breakdown Structure), reports and evidence of deliverables. In addition to check the registration of contracts and measurements in SAP MM.PMO at IETR (Projects Implementation for TRASPETRO) and IEPDD (Projects Implementation for Pipelines and Distribution)Period: February/2004 to August/2009.- Supported in the preparation of the WBS (Work Breakdown Structure), following IPAmethodology;- Created Purchase Requisitions (SAP MM) in order to proper allocate the costs on the projects;- Planned and controlled the project costs (SAP PS);- Restructured a very important pipeline project Master Plan into PS module, as demandedby the President of Petrobras, successfully accomplished which resulted in many praisefrom the board of the company.- Analyzed physical execution deviations planned and carried out (SAP PS);- Monitored the financial and physical progress of contracts (SAP PS);- Monitored, controlled and updated activities according to the schedule of projects (SAP PS);- Launched, controlled and monitored baseline and operational dates of the projects (SAP PS);- Analyzed reports from SAP PS, pointing misstatements;- Assured team hours worked on each project (SAP PS);- Purchases of services and materials (SAP MM);- In charge of the creation of the Request for Quotation (SAP MM) ensuring documentation was in compliance with the company’s legal requirements;- Reviewed and compared the Proposals (SAP MM);- Registration of winning contracts (SAP MM);- Creation of measurement reports (SAP MM);- Support to management for payments release to the financial area (SAP MM).

PMO - IT area- Created purchase requisitions into SAP/R3 system, pre-edited invoices, accept for purchase orders with physical and tax invoices and queries to the monthly closing;- Updated control spreadsheets on a daily basis.
