From January 2020 to March 2021 :• Responsible to lead a recruitment team of 5 people to recruit for IT, Analytics, Tax and Acccount, Customer Service, HR Process, Finance, Procurement, Legal, HR and EAB;• Coordination of all recruitment, staffing, assessment and hiring processes for senior level positions of corporate areas, considering internal and external talent;• Collaborate as a talent advisor with HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers to create the best sourcing strategies for open positions (external mapping, internal succession planning, etc);• Development and execution strategic projects.From January 2019 to December 2019:• Technical and behavioral management of the team of 10 A&S analysts that are allocated in 13 business units (productive chain);• Management of indicators and creation of action plans for those who are out of target; November 2017 - December 2018• In charge of recruitment processes Generalists, Entry level positions and Middle Management positions, conducting meetings to align profile and manager's expectations to ensure accurate candidate search;• After profile alignment, the recruitment process is initiated, with activities such as resume screening, active head hunting, interviews and shortlisting. Follow up and constant support to the hiring manager and to the applicants;Relevant project:During 3 months ( from August to November 2019) I worked as a team member in the Vector project according to the Agil methodology focused on the whole onboarding and employee experience in the first 90 days.

If transfer is approved, organize the logistics of the transfer with the employee and the providers.
