I am part of inovabra lab, focusing on initiatives involving Digital Assets at Bradesco, such as Drex (Real Digital / CBDC), tokenization, custody, DeFi protocols, among others. The main mission is to investigate and test how these technologies and solutions could solve real problems, in an integrated way and making sense to the customer experience. For that, I work alongside other inovabra teams, business areas, IT, startups and potential partners, in order to build innovation proposals et strategy for experimentation. I also take part in the development phase and evaluation of results. Other activities include support to communication and training initiatives, to help spread the word about the subjects.

I work alongside Bradesco's Open Finance Value Streams as an specialist / consultant for this subject, interacting with Product Owners (PO's), technical teams, CX, UX, among others, with emphasis in user experience and regulatory compliance for our digital experiences. I also collaborate with other organisations and banking associations in order to define UX guidelines for the Open Banking system in Brazil.

I worked as a Product Owner and strategist focused on digital channels and user experience, close to business areas on projects related to investment solutions, mainly, but also currency exchange, Bradesco Artificial Intelligence (BIA) and debt renegotiation. My activities included: identifying needs and opportunities, modelling insights and prototypes for usability testing, as well as specification, quality assurance (mobile and internet banking), release and follow-up.
