Lead compliance department responsible for reviewing and analyzing SRS Acquiom’s M&A contractual obligations under the definitive agreements, in particular as it applies to the distribution of transaction consideration and funds, transfers of interest in post-acquisition assets, general contractual questions and compliance post closing.- Head of the SRSA Contract Administration department made up of Onboarding, Docket, Compliance and Compliance Releases Teams.- Support the SRSA business through management of the processes for: the post-closing distribution of escrow funds, review of related tax matters, transfers of escrow interests, and oversight of general contract compliance matters.- Ensure SRSA compliance with its contractual obligations under M&A transaction agreements.- Liaison between the Contract Administration and Compliance team and other SRSA departments.- Oversee all post close amendment agreements to transactional agreements.- Supervise all releases of escrow funds to shareholders, processing of transfers of escrow interests and all other compliance inquiries.- Maintain and improve contract administration and compliance procedures.- Management of legal data imports attorney team and vendor, remote in the US and overseas, responsible for reviewing transactional agreements for data extraction, summary and analysis.
