- Accountable to support the technical team in the implementation of the company´s ERP system in the clients in regards of collecting all available data, inclusion and setting up the proper parameters to ensure the effectiveness;- Responsible for all the routine activities related to request tickets, forms and all steps when implementing the systems in the clients; - Leader to monitor and present KPIs regarding system´s implementation, effectiveness and SLA to the management team.
