I led the product redesign focusing on scalability and usability and we were able to integrate it successfully with a customer with 600k users when it previously crashed with 100 users.- Designed and implemented a product strategy that focused on solving the product core stability issues allowing it to expand to more customers- In collaboration with Customer Success, defined processes that improved customer issues visibility and resolution time, significantly increasing Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT)- In collaboration with engineering, defined a software development process reducing the features lead time from months to weeks.
