• Developed an iOS app in Swift to parse JSON data, generate class rosters with student’s name pronunciation, academic accommodations, contact info to improve faculty/student relations • Implemented Azure AD login verification, increased roster download speed from 10s to 3s• Created a website in HTML/CSS for New Student Orientation to instruct students on how to create a student account, download anti-virus software and connect to network Wifi and printers

Foundation for Product Latency and Usage Metrics:• Built logging framework in Scala for all user interaction data on the product’s web application to provide insight into behavior of customers using a new application• Tested logging in virtual environments and created unit tests to ensure accuracy• Used Jupyter Notebooks to perform SQL queries; designed and implemented a dashboard in Python to visually compare internal testing strategies to customer use cases on a new product
