Company Introduction: MB Builders & Developers is involved in different project's construction & Marketing like Scenic Shopping Mall projected under construction (Largest shopping Mall of Sukkur City). www.mbbuilders.pkMy Responsibilities:Managing the team of 8 Site SupervisorsReceiving & processing of Purchase Requisitions, Obtaining Quotation from vendors & negotiations, Creating & processing Purchase OrdersCoordinating with material suppliers for Steel, Cement, Sand, Tiles, etc.Managing Manpower/Labors on sitesDesigning attractive payment schedule/plans that meet customer requirements for the purchases of product of projects like apartments, shops, offices.Data management, working on excels sheets & creating new formats in Excel sheets, and maintaining the stats Monitoring stock reports of material available on sitesExecuting marketing campaigns, and do continuous responses to the leads through assistant marketing officer Meeting with high profile clients & providing them overview of projects completion status

- Proficient in SAP environment with working experience in Accounts Payable.- Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable principles.- Excellent data entry skills and a knack for numbers.- Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and proprietary software.- Proficient in MS Office and English language.- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.• Responsible for project budget and distribution performance analysis and forecasting.• Deals with all matters related to the purchasing for the departments i.e. receiving of Purchase Requisition’s, processing of Purchase Requisition’s, obtaining quotations, preparing comparative analysis, and to put up to the Purchase.• Returns the rejected items in time to the Supplier.• Analyze and reports and comparisons for suppliers.• Purchase orders & payment release database management.• Maintains a directory of prospective vendors/ alternate source. Preparation of liabilities schedule on monthly.• Apprise the Material Manager, about the progress on the list of pending Purchase Requisition, Purchase Orders on fortnightly basis.• Coordinate with Finance and procurement for related issues.• Develop data mining tools, establishing efficient ways of retrieving, handling & storing report data (including customized reporting tools).• Supporting HR Departments to building employee database, reports & QR Systems.

Responsible for the deployment of new MFS agents & services in its respective region.• Coordinating with regional indirect sale team for MFS agent selection, activation and launch of MFS services on selected agents.• Coordinating with the concerned departments to get regional MFS issues escalated and get it resolved and will be POC for respective regional MFS agents queries handling.• Managing the regional feedback system of MFS Retail channel Complaints and coordinating with MFS MKT and MFS Distribution Team to resolve their technical issues, MFS retail visibility and retail channel related issues.• Supporting respective regional indirect sale teams to achieve their MFS related targets which involve MFS agents’ deployment, MFS Franchise Balance Issuance, DR Targets & increase numeric distribution MFS agents.• Provide support to MFS product team to launch MFS retail engagement plan in their respective regions.• Responsible for logistic operations required for specific products• Develop data mining tools, establishing efficient ways of retrieving, handling and storing report data (including Data Warehouse and customized reporting tools)• Manage inventory for both expendable and non-expendable project items.• Retail Market Visits to potential areas to resolve the issues on spot & to motivate retail channel towards MobiCash.

• Responsible and distribution performance analysis and forecasting.• Analyze and report recharge sales and comparisons for competition.• KPI Wise Performance analysis of the regional franchises & supervisors.• Coordinate & Correspond with other departments (Customer Services, legal, Technical, Enterprise Solution, Finance, Distribution, Marketing, Credit & Collection) for day to day reports, issues & information for Franchise & Sales Team support.• Conduct sales and distribution regional performance analysis for MNP.• Coordinate with Finance and procurement for related issues.• Responsible for smooth issuances of Jazz Load, Scratch Cards & Jazz Cds stock.• Develop data mining tools, establishing efficient ways of retrieving, handling & storing report data (including Data Warehouse and customized reporting tools).• Sharing daily sales reports of region like Recharge performance, Stock Issuance, Topup VS issuance report, Cash & credit report, MNP performance report, Prepaid Activations report, Postpaid Sales report, Real Sales Reports.• Coordinate with HR Outsource hiring

• Provide and coordinate general Administrative support to HR• Promoting products to the specified & targeted customers• Provide scheduling and coordination of meetings, interviews and travel arrangements• Responsible for coordination with Engineers & Sub Contractors.• Maintain project petty expenses and ensure entries in petty cash register, maintain general ledger to keep record of project accounts.• Prepare salary/ rosters of the project staff and other short-term consultants, if needed and ensure timely payment of salaries;• Purchasing of equipments & keeping inventory records update.• Preparing and online sending of daily reports of Civil, BSS/T.I. Departments & sending to head office.• Manage inventory for both expendable and non-expendable project items.• Vehicle Management & Coordination with Staff.• Good grasp of financial and accounting system and procedures• Handling Cash & dealing with Bank.• Processing orders & making comparison reports• Strong leadership skills• Ability to think strategically, while paying attention to details• Perform any other related duty as and when required by the HR.
