1. Responsible to oversee Web department specifically Front-end & Back-end website formatting, proofing and editing of content, UI/UX, Code igniter, WordPress development.2. Responsible for providing administrative support for the Technical Affairs such as preparation and maintenance of emails lists, mail mergers, updates to various departmental forms and documents, conference call scheduling, assembling materials and providing support for task forces and committees, processes departmental mail as needed.3. Conduct research on technical topics by gathering, organizing and cataloging technical reports and information.4. Responsible for ensuring departmental materials and collateral is available when needed, re‐orders and maintaining appropriate inventory. 5. Assists with convention‐related administrative duties, by assisting with the selection of training facilities.
