- Monitoring daily backup jobs on Veeam backup and replication 9.5, Backup Exec 16 and Windows Server backup.- Monitoring Virtual Servers on VeeamOne and creating specific reports for management purposes.- Creating new users and assigning associated policy on them, including home directory, Email addresses and resource access.- Working on Symantec endpoint management console and manging policies for workstations and servers (Antivirus applications).- Implementing enterprise proxy servers based on Kerio Control server, such as forcing associated policies for users internet access and creating related reports for management purposes.- Implementing print servers and policy configurations for users to have access to specific printers.- Providing technical support for around 60 users, workstations, printers and accessories.- Troubleshooting employees technical problems over phone calls, remote access and physical presence when its necessary.- Deploying, configuring and preparing new workstations, printers and hardwares including-but not limited to-installation of Microsoft windows, installation of required softwares for employees based on their needs, resolving hardwares issues such as mainboard, power supply, cable and nodes failures.- Creating, managing, developing and updating forms (based on Hamkaran System Automation and Payvast Automation) for over 200 kind of templates, based on the regulations of the organization.- Overseeing, managing and developing workflows to be more efficient.- Installation and management of wireless access points and routers to control users internet access.- Managing Panasonic PBX including adding or modifying extension numbers and their class of services based on the organization policies.- Managing permissions of The Human Resources members on PW Kara.- Extracting specific records from NVR based recorders upon management purposes, managing MxControlCenter client for Security and Monitoring department users.
