SDIsports, now a truly global brand under the overall umbrella of the SDI enterprise has established its name in the world of sports marketing. My role is now currently focused on creating and bringing great experiences to sports fans around the world. Starting off in Canada, we continue with the second and improved iteration of the Team Rogers Community Draft, drafting upwards of 17,000 kids into the program and supporting their dreams and ambitions to play hockey.

After the successful launch and delivery of the Team Rogers Community Draft Program, I've now transitioned into a permanent role with SDImktg. My responsibilities continue in an expanded form, handling programs on behalf of Rogers Communications as well as other projects that arise within SDImktg's vast portfolio of clients. The tasks include planning, client liaison and overall delivery of all workstreams.

I led the second season of the Team Rogers Community Draft program for one of our biggest clients, Rogers Communications. The Team Rogers Community Draft brings hockey closer to Canadian families while supporting them get the most out of the sport they love. We had drafted 1,000 kids into the program and given them 6 virtual experiences, along with 2 in-person events. Briefly, the program entails monitoring of metrics signs, community outreach, creative management, merchandise production and distribution, as well as weekly reporting to our client. All of these elements work together seamlessly to create a money-can't-buy experience for our draftees, where they reap the rewards of a first and foremost, community focused program.

For the AFC Asian Cup Qatar 2023™, I again filled the role of an Arabic Pitchside Presenter for the Infotainment Team from January 9th, 2024 until February 11th, 2024. Arabic Pitchside presenting includes but is not limited to the following: 1. Match preparation including match previews, players to watch, half-time and match recaps. 2. Reviewing and executing Infotainment Cuesheets as per each pre-match show. 3. Public Announcements including goals, substitutions, cards, half-time and full time information. 4. Execution of ad-hoc and planned on camera segments according to the Venue Infotainment Manager.5. Executing FIFA Protocol announcement of anthems prior to match starts at AFC Asian Cup Qatar 2023™. In that time period, I presented 18 AFC Asian Cup Qatar 2023™ matches, including the Opening Match, the 2 Semi-Finals and the Final to approximately 700,000+ spectators across the tournament.

For the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022™, I filled the role of an Arabic Pitchside Presenter for the Infotainment Team from November 17, 2022 until December 2, 2022. Arabic Pitchside presenting includes but is not limited to the following: 1. Match preparation including match previews, players to watch, half-time and match recaps. 2. Reviewing and executing Infotainment Cuesheets as per each pre-match show. 3. Public Announcements including goals, substitutions, cards, half-time and full time information. 4. Execution of ad-hoc and planned on camera segments according to the Venue Infotainment Manager.5. Executing FIFA Protocol announcement of anthems prior to match starts at FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022™. In that time period, I presented 9 FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022™ matches to approximately 500,000+ spectators. The matches presented were: 1. Continuing my career at FLASH Entertainment, I was promoted to the position of Project Associate where I worked even more closely with my Project Managers to successfully deliver live events and shows in Abu Dhabi. Memorable experiences were created and executed during this time and my responsibilities expanded even further to encompass planning, ideation, budget management and at times full project management. In 2014, I returned to FLASH Entertainment to continue my career in the Event Management industry. I took up a position as a Project Coordinator which entailed not only executing event operations on ground, but fully managing workstreams from start to finish. I started my career as a Project Administration at FLASH Entertainment where I handled most of the paperwork coming into the Projects Department. Whether it was a purchase order, an RFP or an invoice, tracking and sending this information to the correct party was my main role. In addition to that, I supported the Projects Department in executing events on ground. • Supported the Projects team in execution of all event related operations • Provided administrative support to the Project Managers• Distributed, managed, monitored and reported timeline of internal budgets, contracts• Coordinated logistical planning and execution on event day• Prepared the event manual covering all aspects of the project• Coordinated with other departments regarding accommodation, talent booking, hospitality, ticketing and venue management• Ensured minutes of meetings are recorded and distributed• Researched and provided input into best practices and tools for project execution and managementOther Achievements: • Designed a cost analysis process with 29 budgets to evaluate project feasibility• Streamlined invoice tracking to align Project Managers with our Finance Department• Provided budget management and reconciliation support to more than 20 projects• Prepared daily ticketing reports for senior management using Ticketmaster Microflex software
