I spearhead a qualified team of 40 individuals and liaise with 154 contractual resources. Our prime objective is to not only ensure that our terminal operations are secure and abide by regulations but also to yield profits. We manage distribution activities across Ten diverse terminals, and my ultimate goal is to streamline our operations to perfection. I continually seek out avenues for optimization.By refining our daily operations, I accomplish peak operational efficiency, whilst pioneering novel initiatives that enhance our productivity, trim expenses, and ultimately leave our clientele satisfied.By nurturing a culture of continuous improvement and innovation is of utmost importance to me. I firmly believe that by inspiring our team to always surpass themselves, we can elevate our productivity and performance.To ensure that we remain compliant and mitigate any potential risks I collaborate with various departments. By working in sync, I ensure that we are always abreast of industry regulations. To maximize our operational efficiency, I identify areas that warrant improvement. To enhance our performance even further I scrutinize any voids that may exist and devise strategies . Some of my selected contributions are:• Discovered and onboarded new members, fostered a dynamic and innovative work environment, and drove overall team performance by revitalising terminal team, formulated an effective talent pipeline.• Streed & helped the team achieved FAIR audit rating in 2022 Shell internal audit, first in 10 years. Furthermore facilitated first-ever Shell Audit at a Non-operating Venture (NOV) Joint Venture by strictly following compliance with company rules and standards.• Improved operational effectiveness and resource utilisation by heightening terminals' footprint, enforcing applicable measures.

To ensure seamless operations in the downstream fuels supply I directed the blueprint and execution of a cutting-edge DS Fuels Product Quality Management framework.As part of the Product Quality squad, I played a pivotal role in reshaping our role in the Energy Transition. We crafted a strategic path to attain our ambitions. To infuse novel perspectives, I honed in on creating an encompassing and diverse team milieu. Our group was a blend of youth and gender parity, which stimulated creativity. It was paramount for me to cultivate a team that embraced disparate ideas and viewpoints. I also shouldered extra duties, helming the Road Transport Continuous Improvement (CI) Project. It demanded versatility and resolute leadership skills to drive the project to fruition. By means of this initiative, we endeavored to fuse different aspects of road transport to optimize efficiency. Additionally, I accentuated the significance of talent advancement and perpetual learning. It was vital to build the appropriate capabilities throughout the firm. I worked in tandem with potential stakeholders to synchronize efforts in talent development.A few of my key achievements are:• Amplified Commercial Value Addition (CVA) from $2M+ in 2014 to $22M+ through cutting-edge strategies implementation.• Delivered $10M cost savings and boosted operational excellence by simplifying and revamping product quality processes through utilisation of CI methodologies.• Executed all facets related to organisation's sustainable energy transition by accelerating adoption of Bio-Fuels and New Fuels in targeted countries in East.• Expanded team coverage from 5 to 14 members across largest geographically spread region by steering integrating organisational change.

To amplify business growth and ensure sustainable profitability I orchestrated a strategic symphony, serving as the bridge between Sales, Operations, and Finance. One of my key responsibilities was to negotiate fiercely competitive market-based Transfer Pricing agreements with refineries and suppliers. I deftly navigated the sales team, guiding them to set and maintain prices that would keep us ahead in the market. I also honed my focus on identifying and prioritizing growth opportunities, using a medium to long-term Options Funnel to explore new market entries. This allowed us to pinpoint potential areas for expansion and make informed decisions about where to invest our resources. In addition, I oversaw the expansion of countries and locations, streamlining our approach and ensuring efficiency. To address underperforming markets and drove our operations in those areas I implemented ingenious tail management strategies. Throughout this process, I meticulously scrutinized and evaluated the Shell Aviation portfolio in Asia, leaving no stone unturned.Some of my key achievements are:• Developed a Market entry opportunity funnel for East, translated from opportunity to actual market entry at Singapore Seletar Airport General Aviation Airport including introducing & establishing supply chain for AVGAS, first ever in SAV East • Elevated productivity from refinery to aircraft tank by overseeing Competitive Positioning Studies (CPS) for major locations, organising end-to-end network and customer portfolio reviews, and applying deep knowledge of operating costs.• Advanced inventory and ordering process for Aviation lubricants SKUs proper project leadership for enhancing enhance performance and slashing costs.

I endeavored to inspire and empower our diverse operations team across the Asian region. My foremost objective was to guarantee the safe and cost-efficient conduct of operations at Shell Under Operating Control and Not Under Operational Control sites, adhering to the guidelines set by the Shell Group while minimizing customer complaints. To achieve this, I engaged in active communication with our JV partners and Changi Airport Group, persuading them to extend their agreement . Another vital facet of my role was ensuring timely execution and complete utilization of CAPEX projects. By deftly managing resources and allocating them to these projects, we could enhance the organization's value prop and propel growth. I also safeguarded the company's interests in multiple Joint Ventures, liaising with partners and management, contributing to decision-making processes, and actively participating in strategic initiatives. Through these efforts, I helped protect the company's investments and ensure long-term success. Furthermore, I demonstrated an unwavering commitment to compliance with Joint Inspection Group standards and good governance. I influenced stakeholders and nurtured a shared vision for maintaining high industry standards, promoting a culture of adherence to regulations and best practices.Some of my key accomplishments are:• Extended JV contract by 30-year and negotiated lease renewal at Singapore Changi airport as a JV Board Member.• Acted as Board Director and Shareholder Representative (SSR) on different JVs within Asia, such as CAFHI in Singapore, AFSC (Hong Kong), BAFS (Bangkok), and Manila Airport Fuel Farm.• Improved strategic direction and decision-making processes within related ventures by upholding authority positions.

Working under special challenges, established supply chain for supplying JP8 into Afghanistan to NATO & DESC customers. Developed a highly motivated team

Act as a bridge between Supply & Distribution (S&D) and classes of businesses (Retail & Commercials ) by developing, implementing & monitoring through Service Levels agreements with defined KPIs with internal Customers. Review & implement cost reviews within the S&D using tools like Best In Class (BiC) program , Work Load & Work Processes studies at the core supply locations. Also led the Depot rationalization plan with buy in from major stakeholders like Depot Distribution, Supply, and Transport, Retail & Commercial whereby in the wake of industry de-regulation.
