As a buyer for The Pink Hanger I carefully curate pieces that match the buying patterns of our demographic. I do this through analyzing sales reports weekly and being present a few days of the week in order to visually see and hear what the customer needs are. In addition I communicate and build relationships with vendors on a weekly basis through weekly appointments, emails and by attending apparel markets three times a year. I manage Return Authorizations as well as receive and input all merchandise into our POS system. Lastly, but most importantly, I work with a retail budget consultant once a month. Through this I am given a strict budget, per department, per month, to stay within as to not over OR under buy the specific needs we need to hit our planned goals per each month.

As the Accessory Buyer for LUNA I was responsible for curating all accessories for four stores. I would host weekly conference calls with the store managers, analyze weekly sales reports, receive and distribute all the merchandise, attend all required markets, maintain a professional relationship through consistent communication and managed all RA's, swaps and re-orders.

As an assistant clothing buyer for LUNA, I was part of team of three who work together to curate the clothing four retail locations. I would do this through analyzing weekly sales reports, meeting once a week with store managers via conference call, maintaining a close relationship with vendors, staying in touch with buying patterns per each demographic within the the four different locations and quarterly visits to each store. I managed all RMA’s and was responsible for managing the receiving and distribution of all goods.
