In my current position as the Product Marketing Manager for PoliteMail Software, I am the main product evangelist, monitoring our presence in the internal communications market and compiling data on emerging trends and challenges. I educate potential customers about our services and offerings through international communication tradeshows and events, create digital marketing materials, and organize product launches. I provide all current clients with interactive content to educate and enhance their experience utilizing PoliteMail software. This includes producing informative, engaging video tutorials, authoring training courses with Adobe Captivate, and creating social media content to advertise upcoming releases. In addition, I create advertising campaigns for LinkedIn, write content for our website, and produce webinars and customer roundtables, supplying all of the creative content, videos, and slideshows. As the former Video Producer for The Quarto Group, I was responsible for working with the global marketing team on developing short videos and social media posts to help sell a wide range of illustrated books. I have produced a wide range of content from how-to videos to cooking demonstrations, author interviews to book trailers. Previously, I nurtured and developed a show called Ablevision, comprised entirely of people with disabilities operating the equipment and serving as television hosts. Ablevision was distributed nationwide through community access television stations and the Internet, and won numerous awards and accolades for providing accessibility and advocacy for people with disabilities in the arts. In my freelance work, I have worked for many different business and not-for-profits designing and creating videos for corporate events and private functions.
