MA student scholarship at the Peace Research Institute of Oslo in conjuction with the writing of my MA thesis in political science at the University of Oslo. In the thesis I am exploring and analyzing the influence of power dynamics in war on the belligerents use of lethal and sexual violence against civilians.

20% position as research assistant on project CITRUS (Cybermakt og informasjonsoperasjoner i et nytt trusselbilde).Project CITRUS attempts to explore aspects with cyber power and information operations in a new security environment. My tasks included conducting interviews, writing reports, and conducting independent research on the Russian media, the Norwegian media, and the conflict in Ukraine.

Arbeidslivsutvalget ved Institutt for statsvitenskap er en forening på UiO, som jobber for å bedre overgangen mellom studier og jobb for studenter som studerer statsvitenskap. Vi jobber for å skape økt kontakt mellom studenter og arbeidslivet underveis i studiene. Foreningsvirksomheten tar sikte på å promotere statsviteres rolle i arbeidslivet og samfunnet generelt. Som leder for foreningen har jeg ansvar for å utforme mål og strategier, delegere ansvar og arbeidsoppgaver, og sørge for den overordnende driften av foreningen og et godt miljø.The Political Science Student's link to the work life is a student organization at the University of Oslo. We work towards establishing a network and a platform for interaction between students of Political Science and the private and public sector. Our aim is to make political science students more aware of the possibilities they have in different areas of the work life. Through different activities we work towards promoting the role of political science students in the society. As a leader my responsibilities include developing strategies and goals, delegating tasks and making sure that we operate in an including, inspiring and energetic environment. I also oversee all cooperation with external partners and organizations.

The UN-student Forum is a student-run organization which aims to increase the understanding of the UN role in our society and in respect to future challenges. Through a range of activities we work towards increasing knowledge and debate about the UN among students in a multidisciplinary and multicultural environment.

While writing for Rakkestad Avis, a local newspaper, I've mostly focused on challenges related to imigration and integration. I've also worked with different youth organizations and groups.
