Since founding WELL+DONE DESIGN in 2001, I have dedicated my career to mastering human-centered design and innovation. I legalized my company’s name in 2007, drawing inspiration from my own surname, to underscore our commitment to excellence in design and creativity.A seasoned designer, creative leader, and entrepreneur, I excel in strategizing and consulting with companies across industries to tackle their creative challenges. My approach consistently centers on harnessing positivity to connect people and propel projects to success.My journey in creative leadership began in 1994 when I joined the team that launched H.E.B. Central Market. Over five years, I led as the Regional Art Director, after which I advanced to Senior Art Director for T3’s Dell Small Business advertising division. Prior to founding my own business, I was a creative partner at VoxGroup, where I designed for prestigious clients like JEEP, Whole Foods Market, and 2nd Street District.In 2007, I launched the award-winning publication, L Style G Style, which served as a platform for sharing over 1200 inspiring stories from the LGBT community and its allies, promoting inclusivity and breaking down stereotypes. This initiative earned me a Visibility Award from the Human Rights Campaign in 2012.What sets me apart is my intuitive grasp of the emotional connections between people and objects, coupled with a deep-seated curiosity that drives me to seek out and understand the “why” behind every concept. My extensive experience has given me a keen sense of where to invest creatively for maximum impact.I am passionate about sharing my insights on how thoughtful design implementation can enhance business strategies and look forward to continuing to make a significant impact in the creative world.
