CurrentRyan is the Vice President for Policy at HBW Resources, is based out of Houston and has served energy clients across the energy value chain since 2011. Scott has worked on numerous efforts in the energy sector to facilitate, quantify and highlight the efforts that energy companies have undertaken to provide energy solutions, to protect the environment and to steward and support the communities in which they operate. Prior to joining HBW, Ryan practiced was a commercial litigator with Meister and Associates in Chicago. He also worked for Deloitte Consulting’s Strategy and Operations practice in New York City where he served – primarily in the Finance function - clients from Wal-Mart to Caterpillar to AIG to the United Nations. Throughout his career, Ryan has been tasked with provided sound strategic counsel as well as executable and achievable tactics for his clients. He earned a JD / MBA from Case Western Reserve University and a joint BA in Economics and German from the University of Southern California. He is a licensed attorney in the state of Illinois.
