o Provide project management and assuring compliance of SBA loans from underwriting to fully advanced status working with Sales, Credit, Closing and Post-Closing Advance Administration.o Pre-screen of loans construction component with SBA Credit Analyst weighing in on strength of borrower's chosen general contract, advising loan's conditions and loan allocations.o Gathering of construction due diligence from borrower and their project coordinators, ordering of project budget review evaluations, reviewing construction contracts, plans, permits, qualifications of contractors, and insurances. Advising clearing loan to close for the construction due diligence to the main SBA Closero Coordination of loan through closing to post-closing advancing transferring to Post Closing Advance Administrator. Review post-closing advances processed by the admin and providing approval.o Oversee production of the loan on schedule. Advise need of loan modifications or extensions caused by deals or changes to project. Host weekly conference calls with department heads on status of all loans actively conducting post-closing advances in portfolioo Manage issues of projects during course of completion such as contractor lien filings, contractor walk off jobs, over budget projects, etc.o Coordination of loan debenture sales of SBA 504 loans with CDC bank by providing all due diligence needed for their loan submission package and closingo Control large portfolio management, multitasking skills, advance customer service, ability to work efficiently independently and support team members proficiently.
