I specialise in making robust assessments of and interventions into intractable hostility private law cases where parental alienation is suspected or alleged and specifically where the children involved are not currently able to have a relationship with both parents. I can offer a package of support which involves mediation, coaching to support the co-parenting alliance and the specialised close supervision of contact including the reintroduction of estranged family members. I contract specially trained Family Support Workers and contact supervisors who are able to compile detailed reports for court proceedings. I can also offer consultation on how to work with these difficult issues and how to recognise the signs of parental alienation and attendant harm to children to both lawyers, ISWs and local authority staff. If requested I can develop specific training in this area, this is an area I am currently developing.
