Role includes....1. Managing and monitoring of day to day contractor activities on military sites.2. Raising business cases highlighting and justifying budgetary cases for expenditure on new equipment, upgrades of present equipment and projects.3. Ensuring that site facilities meet statutory compliance for Fire, Security, Legionella, electrical and gas services safety, mechanical systems, emergency lighting. 4. Managing risk in terms of cost and KPI, ensuring that contractors meet KPI requirements on completing work on time, scope, quality and within controlled costs.5. Ensuring that Client is updated with information on works progress and managing expectations of client.6. Liaising with client on day to day matters of routine operations of response works and discussing their future needs. 7. Managing projects Incidental works up to 10K and Minor New Work over 10K with no upper limit. 8. Ensuring that onsite contract DSP is guided to provide best practice service to meet the needs of the contract expectations.
