Responsible for implementing Six Sigma across Unipart Group as part of the Unipart Way - including Six Sigma strategy, identifying business capability requirements, designing and delivering training (classroom/eLearning) at all levels, coaching and mentoring individuals, direct project support and digital integration. I sit on BSi MS6 committee which released -and is now reviewing -ISO 18404 (the International standard for Lean and Six Sigma). I recently led the development and delivery of level 6 improvement leader apprenticeship programme for our Operational excellence leads.

Focussing on forward quality in Automotive supply chain: supporting practical applications of measurement and data in development and production, especially in battery weld development for electric vehicles, encouraging the use of design for six sigma and building people’s problem solving skills.

Implementing Six Sigma across Unipart Group within the Unipart Way, coaching and mentoring at all levels creating training and workshops, running improvement activities within the Manufacturing Division, providing consulting and training delivery in Lean Six Sigma through Unipart's Expert Practices, both in the public and private sector (including finance, health, tax, logistics, manufacturing)
