I report directly to the General Manager and Board of Directors. My role is to manage, coordinate and develop strategic and financial plans for all aspects of the business to ensure organisation goals are achieved, to encourage optimum performance of all staff and to facilitate organisational effectiveness and efficiency. I am responsible for ensuring that the business provides an exceptional level of customer service in line with CCGT’s policies and procedures. I oversee and manage all organisational functions to ensure legislative compliance. I provide direction and leadership to a team of 12 staff and identify strategies for their personal and professional development. Along with this I provide coaching and mentoring to our Field staff who manage our 220 apprentices.
