With more than 30 years of management and leadership experience across the biopharmaceutical, diagnostic and health service sectors, Alison served as Chief Operating Officer then CEO of Genetic Technologies Ltd, an ASX and NASDAQ listed leading edge genetic testing services business. She spent 13 years with CSL Ltd in senior executive positions across the Animal Health, Biosciences and Pharmaceutical Divisions – managing Operations functions within veterinary and human vaccines, antivenoms and diagnostics.Alison brings a high-level strategic view, while also initiating practical, operational solutions. She develops individual and team strengths to achieve business outcomes.Alison has consulted widely across the life sciences industry, including in technical operations, strategy and management, and is familiar with healthcare’s complex technical and regulatory requirementsShe has worked internationally and in senior executive roles in Manufacturing, Engineering/Maintenance, Quality, Logistics, Sales and Marketing and Product Development. Alison holds a Master of Science (Microbiology) and graduated from the Executive Development Program at Melbourne Business School.
