As an internationally experienced Management and Leadership Development Consultant, I have worked across a wide range of industries to support effective change and people development. Over a period of 30 years, I have held a number of senior management positions and have worked with clients throughout Europe and the Far East in both the public and private sectors. I have worked with a wide range of industries and at all levels of management.I have an EMCC Diploma in Coaching. I hold a European Test User Certificate (Level 1 and 2) (EFPA) and am a qualified practitioner in a range of psychometrics including MBTI, 16PF, TTI Insights, Lumina Spark, Wave Professional, Wave 360, TalentQ and Strengthscope. I have used psychometric tools effectively to increase self-awareness in support of behavioural change.I have extensive experience in designing and delivering bespoke development solutions for staff at all levels using a blended learning approach. I have experience of designing both conference style and classroom- based learning solutions incorporating traditional facilitation as well as techniques such as forum theatre, actor led real play, business simulation, action learning, gamification and team coaching. As a Kirkpatrick qualified learning professional I have a particular interest in the importance of learner readiness & transfer and how the design of learning solutions can effect the behavioural and attitudinal changes required to achieve the desired results.
