Based on a £130M mixed tenure residential development of 11 apartments blocks in Lewisham, London.Project duration 2019 - 2023. Primarily I lead the Architect, Landscape Architect, Structural and Civil Engineer Consultants, along with the façade manufacturer, our in-house steelworks manufacturer (Paddington Construction), along with various other subcontractors with design responsibility. I engage with Building Control, the NHBC, Planning Consultant and Fire Engineers to achieve all necessary compliance and sign off on the design. I keep an ongoing line of communication with the Employer with regards to design information, technical submissions, samples of internal finishes and Employer Instructions.It is a fast paced work environment, based in the site offices I am directly involved with the Site and Construction Teams with continuous site walks and reviews of any design queries or problems that may arise.I am highly driven, creative, ambitious and detail-oriented.

The Edward Murphy Library is host to Ireland's largest collection of books surrounding the areas of Art and Design. It houses an unrivalled collection of almost 100,000 books, pamphlets, video material, periodicals, and exhibition catalogues.My role included organising and replacing of used books etc. , back in coded order on the correct shelves. Maintaining books cleanliness and + keeping the library tidy and in order. I also helped with library users' enquiries and locating of specific books, sections, artists + designers etc.
