An experienced and pro-active individual with over 20 years experience in managing clinical research trials, in phases II, III and IV, working for a host of blue-chip Pharma companies in a wide range of therapy areas including Ophthalmology, MS, Rheumatology, Cardiovascular medicine, Diabetes, Erectile dysfunction, Parkinson’s disease, AIDS and Oncology. Competent in a wide range of functions from presenting complex scientific information to large and small groups of stakeholders, conducting country & local feasibility assessments & completing reports, maintaining trial budgetary control, undertaking NHS R&D negotiations, to completing Ethics Committee submissions, vendor management, writing SOPs and resolving operational issues during the life-cycle of a trial.In 2011, I set-up my own clinical research consultancy and have a proven track record in managing studies to agreed time-lines, motivating and training both site personnel & junior CRAs and have demonstrated excellent planning and written skills. In 2017, I completed a Medical Writing Course with Borders Connect and in 2021 I completed a copywriting course with the College of Media and Publishing.
