Many have been the ups and downs! I have held junior and senior positions and mostly in male dominated environments. I have been made redundant, built teams and ‘down-sized’ teams. I have a kaleidoscope of experience. I have been where you are.I have succeeded and I have failed, faced loss and disappointment, had multiple personal challenges, all part of the giant kaleidoscope of life. I have fallen and have stood up again, growing and learning each time. This is what I bring – how to grow from each experience, how to stand up and stand taller each time and how take that next step with deeper self-knowledge, joy and confidence.As a trusted coach, mentor, advisor and thinking partner I enable you to find your inner strength so that you can thrive in every part of your life.
