Primarily, I am the main point of contact for victims and witnesses of serious crimes, requiring the following duties:- Analysing confidential files to ascertain the involvement of victims and witnesses in particular offences.- Conducting Needs Assessments of victims of crime in order to provide a tailored service, both practically and emotionally..
