Key responsibilities include: ● Developing a new Investment Platform to provide customers with see-through reporting of Premier's range of funds.● Project management of various operational tasks, including Strategic Partner remuneration and client suitability reporting.● Overseeing administrative functions to ensure the following outcomes are achieved: - Managing client expectations of Premier's range of products and services - Monitoring ongoing business in relation to Premier's actively managed Portfolio range and Investment Trusts - Managing relationships with Independent Financial Advisers - Liaising with key external stakeholders, including third Party Administrators, Registrars and Investment Platforms, in relation to investments and redemptions to and from Premier's funds.

Primarily, I am the main point of contact for victims and witnesses of serious crimes, requiring the following duties:- Analysing confidential files to ascertain the involvement of victims and witnesses in particular offences.- Conducting Needs Assessments of victims of crime in order to provide a tailored service, both practically and emotionally.- Negotiating and collaborating with partner organisations such as HM Prison Service, National Probation Service and voluntary services.- Reviewing past work to ensure the Constabulary's Victim's Code of Practice and Witness Charter are adhered to.

Beginning as a Mental Health Support Worker, my role was to encourage the independence of individuals with a range of psychological disorders or disabilities. After being promoted, my role as a Senior member of staff involved:- Supervising and movitvating a team of Support Workers.- Managing the company's budget.- Assessing referrals from partner organisations (NHS, Social Services).- Reviewing and protecting confidential information.- Organising partnership meetings with neighbouring organisations.
