Admin role for a growing food redistribution charity which has allowed me to grow my portfolio of transferrable skills most prominently my written communication, organisational skills and confidence. Responsibilities include: conducting interviews, recruiting volunteers and training an admin volunteer; co-creating a campaign to end best before dates; creating/distributing trial survey to Brixton residents; coordinating mass emails on Mailchimp; writing website copy; coordinating volunteer advertisements on Charity Jobs; key administration for our Covid-19 Winter Response; managing email correspondence with volunteers, funders and guests; formulating documents on google drive; conducting research when needed; arranging meetings/interviews; and maintaining contact with CEO throughout.Currently working 2 full days a week in this role

Role involves taking orders, serving tables, customer interaction throughout, greeting customers at the door, maintaining a calm/inviting atmosphere with all covid-19 guidelines in place rules, cleaning/tidying at the end of a shift. Being observant and having an eye for detail helps me maintain organisation and contribute to a welcoming environment. When the pub is at maximum capacity this role requires patience, organisation and the ability to maintain a level-head.
