It is my duty to maintain required records of study activity including case report forms, drug dispensation records and regulatory forms. I oversee subject enrollment to ensure that informed consent is properly obtained and documented. It is my main responsibility to monitor study activities to ensure compliance with protocols and all relevant local, federal and state regulatory and institutional policies. I assess eligibility of potential subjects through methods such as screening interviews, reviewing of medical records and discussing with physicians and nurses. I prepare study related-documentation such as protocol worksheets, procedural manuals, adverse event reports, institutional review board documents, and progress reports. I also code, evaluate and interpret study data. I also keep participant and study partner relations managed by informing them of study aspects and outcomes.
