As Regional Manager, I led a team to implement strategic asset management frameworks and processes for Sydney CBD commercial assets on behalf of external owners. These portfolios included Premium, A Grade, and B Grade assets with major tenants like JP Morgan, Allen & Overy, ASIC, and Dentons Lawyers. My focus was on delivering Scentre Group’s commercial portfolio vision, ensuring we exceeded customer experience expectations while driving asset value growth.Safety, risk, compliance, and environmental sustainability was delivered by partnering with key stakeholders, including City of Sydney, Destination NSW, and owners such as 151 Property, Link, and Abacus.
