I completed a four month fixed contract to assist in handling all overflow writing whilst the other two permanent writers took leave to go abroad. MNA is a boutique PR agency specialising in the medical aid and healthcare services sectors. I wrote across a broad range of mediums including press releases, thought leadership pieces, web copy, internal comms, brochure copy and speech talking points.

As communications co-ordinator I was responsible for the drafting, compilation and dissemination of all internal communication mediums including updating the intranet, drafting and overseeing the design of the sales newsletter, writing updates and mailers on behalf of various executives and departmental heads as well as assisting with various internal marketing projects.

I oversaw and ran all marketing and communications projects including running various events, drafting of all marketing and sales related material, assisting the production department as and when needed, assisting with customer queries or complaints and general office management.
