Having worked in leadership positions in secondary schools for a two decades I facilitate experiences for individuals and community groups. My goal is to build capacity, share knowledge and to cultivate wisdom while facilitating creative, experiential, learning experiences for all.

Activating Mission and Community engagement and empowerment within a dynamic 21st Century educational context is Alison's portfolio. Working across the whole college community she animates the ongoing professional and personal formation of all members. Alison engages with and forms partnerships with the wider community about issues of mission, justice, peace and global citizenship,along with leading a myriad of outreach and justice programs. Her professional background is in the creative industries having taught and coordinated Creative Arts faculties in secondary schools in Queensland for 33 years. Alison has a Master of Education, Bachelor of Education, Graduate Diploma in Communication and Diploma of Teaching.

I am an agent of change within the community empowering all to live gospel and global values within a dynamic, shifting educational setting.
